The seller was so helpful! My snails arrived VERY soon and quicker than I expected which was so good! Both snails are healthy and the package was packed very good, since it was stuffed with newspaper to the brim to protect them!! If I had another chance to buy snails, I would buy from this seller again! I contacted them multiple times and they answered all my questions, and even followed my message on what color snail I wanted! Thank you so much!!!

Snails arrived very fast and were supper healthy and alert. Package was packed well and snails still had plenty of food and moisture to sustain them. Seller was informative about my purchase and also sent a reminder regarding the weather and the importance of bringing package in out of the weather quickly, which I appreciated. Awesome seller! My snails arrived in great condition even though the post office briefly lost the package. Seller was super helpful throughout the whole ordeal and the snails are beautiful!
