This seller is outstanding and so accommodating. I refuse to ship with UPS after an awful experience with them Ignoring Explicit instructions on delivering a console stereo that they destroyed!! This seller change the shipping method to USPS and the way the package arrived today was unbelievable packed so professionally and beautiful.  Arrived in perfect condition. The CD player is just beautiful. Looks like brand new!! If allowed I would give  seller 10 stars instead of five +++++++++++++

My item was stalled at a USPS facility. It appeared that the post office lost item. I contacted the seller and she did some work on her end to find out what happened to the package. She submitted a lost package search. Evidently that spurred the post office. In the meantime the seller issued a refund. I received notification that the post office would deliver the package which arrived without damage. I contacted the seller to let her know the package arrived and to facilitate payment.
