The value they offer is the best I’ve seen and the product was amazing. Safest packaging ever. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic seal along with a cardboard box. It came as described.     Smokescreen was a little late in arriving due to a snafu/fiasco regarding Canada Post. I do not hold that against the seller, as they managed to get the item shipped and very near delivered the day before the postal strike was due to happen! Smokescreen was safely packaged, condition as described (I hadn't realized he'd come with the instructions, so that was a bonus!). Thank you for the deal you offered - I am a satisfied customer!

    Shipping was fast and the lill guy was well packaged, he was shipped in his vehicle more to prevent damage which I appreciate :3 he was as described as well with minimal scratches or scuffs, this figure is great and he was wary to transform, I didn’t even need a tutorial to transformer him out if vehicle mode! Overall I love this figure and I’d happily buy him again from this seller! 10/10 happy to add him to my ratchet collection <3
