    The package arrived damaged with arrived damaged stickers all over it . it was not packed well had no bubble wrap around it in a proper box and when I saw that edge of product by the rectangle you use to create vessels I contacted seller. They we're rude and accused me of being a person that sets sellers up .I gave them a dressing down and put them in their place and they said sorry they didn't mean it. What be how do you not mean to say an insult directly. Don't do business w this seller

    The winder arrived without spring retaining clamps as shown in the picture. Contacted the seller several times. They finally said the clamps were shown for illustration only. The winder alone can be purchased for @ $20.00 from other suppliers. Grossly overpriced. I will not buy from them again.

    Overall the process worked, I received my item, however the tracking process was not very accurate. The seller said all was well, but the USPS said that the Tracking was not correct. But I did receive my purchase! All well that ends well.

    The tabletop lace cutter arrived today and looks great. I put it together and it works as described. The price was by far lower than anyone else on the internet. It was packed well and cleared customs with no issures.

    The lathe turret I purchased arrived with a major defect. I contacted the seller, sent photos and videos, but he was reluctant to admit the problem. After many emails, he finally accepted the problem, but refused to provide a prepaid return label. I requested eBay step in and they supported my claim. I don't recommend this seller or the product, so be warned.

    He is a FRAUD, He will order first then tell you abut the item in which problem is not present will pretend that it has problem, When you want to solve the problem , He will not repsond and keep on saying i want return label.Because he knows it is not almost possible to provide return shipping label , So be warned
