I bought a very expensive item and when I received it, it did not work, but it was described as working… when I messaged the seller, I also had to open up a return request through eBay, even though the seller didn’t accept returns they fully refund refunded me immediately and didn’t even require me to return the item.. the experience was terrible at first, but the seller did save it by quickly refunding me without hassling me at all

    The item I purchased from this seller was a surplus Amazon return, listed as new with an open box. Unfortunately it arrived with a broken part and missing part.     in this deliver 2 of the ant poison bait stations were crushed in there box, sending the liquid all over the other stations and all over the inside and outside of the 2 boxes.the envelope packaging obviously was not enough protection for this delivery.It was a mess cleaning up the other items and boxes.this is just to let you know.
