    I ve decided to revise my review after Denis, the owner of the store, reached out to me and asked about my recent experience. He was very apologetic and promised to investigate why I received a fake pair of YSL sunglasses. He found that it was due to a new supplier and reassured me that he will issue a full refund for this transaction. Top notch customer support and I wont hesitate to purchase from them again.

    I never received this item. It showed the tracking & shipping label, but not ever shipped out. I don't know if the fault was with ups or the seller, so I will remain neutral. The seller did give me an immediate refund when it did not arrive on the date on the label, so I rated a 3. I am grateful for this. Things happen and ppl make mistakes. I hope whomever buys these sunglasses, enjoys them. The reason I purchased from here, was because of the great reviews. Thank you kindly

    Communication is horrible!!!!!!!! Would NOT recommend!!!! This was a gift for my daughter's birthday but did not arrive on time. Good customer service keeps customers coming back. I tried reaching out a couple of times, but was ignored! I'll know next time for sure!
