  Don't know if a genuine problem here but I definitely with my experience with this seller cannot say anything good. Ordered a Dr Who figurine towards the end of May 2024 got towards the end of June and had not received purchased item. Tried to message several times as E-bay recommends you to do when you don't receive an item and never had a single reply to say what was wrong. Every other seller I used where all good. I would say DON'T think of using this seller if they can't reply to messages.

  Wrong item sent as was not in the correct box/not as pictured. Contacted seller who took a while to respond. Said to give them 24hrs to look into things. I had asked if I could return the one I received and they could send the required one. After almost 48hrs, I had no further response, despite sending further messages.
