  Our purchase was promptly dispatched but unfortunately got damaged in transit by Evri. However, having established the reason for non delivery we contacted the seller who was very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault, and refunded our payment the same day. Excellent after sales service.

  I buy this item regularly and it is always delivered promptly. However, we are a business and I always add a note to my order, asking for an invoice but never receive one. I then have to chase up and ask again - every time. It's very irritating and wastes my time!

  Item is good value for the price. The delivery, however was a lot less than perfect. Sent by Royal Mail and took too long and when it did arrive the package of paper kitchen roll was abandoned on the doorstep in the pouring rain. Expected better from Royal Mail. A complaint has been filed. Not the fault of seller who paid for a service that was not delivered.
