    When I ordered the Bath and Body Works, it was a set of body mist and lotion. I only received the body mist ~ no lotion. I contacted the seller and explained what happened and would she make it right? She did make it right, by giving a refund on the lotion I didn't receive. The refund was on my card the next day. She seemed genuinely concerned and did her best to make it right, and I thank her for that.

    I could tell the care in the packaging as it was superb and definitely protected the candles. Both candles were as described and in great condition. The price was valued well. It was shipped quickly by the seller. The usps was the problem and due to that delivery was a little slow. This was not sellers fault at all. The seller did everything great!! Very pleased.
