  The item that came in the mail did not match the listing in the condition that it was listed, however, after reaching out to the seller and providing images of the damage, they not only owned up to it and issued me a full refund, they did so in a timely manner. While my experience may not have gone as I had expected, the seller showed me they are honest, fair, and transparent. For that reason I would recommend them to others and I will be a returning customer.

  This is the worst experience I had with this seller and overall ebay. Immediately upon placing this order, I realized it picked our previous address (other state within U.S.) and I tried canceling the order immediately but did not accept my cancelation. Then I reached out to seller immediately mentioning that change to new shipping address and no one responded. Then I contacted ebay customer service and no use. With this, the shipment went to our previous home and that owner was not happy.
