The best review I can give for an item I didn't receive. Once I paid for the product, I asked the seller to send me the IMEI before shipping (from China) to be sure it would work with my carrier. When they did, unfortunately it turned out that the phone doesn't work on US carriers. So I asked for a refund and they quickly did so. Customer service was very prompt and I would highly recommend this seller!! A+++++
