  Bulb came in airtight plastic bag, then wrapped in paper, then put in a small heavy cardboard box. Plant in fantastic condition with seven intact leaves and good root development. Cost and shipping were nominal. This is the third year I have put a red tiger lotus in my pond, and this is the best-looking lotus bulb I have ever received. Great seller.

  Despite taking a long time by USPS, the plants that arrived were healthy and in generous portions. The shipping time is partially the seller's fault as small packages shipped USPS First Class are always significantly faster than Parcel Select with no significant price difference. I wouldn't ship anything perishable with Parcel Select; the savings aren't worth it even over slightly more expensive Priority Mail for larger packages.

  I ordered 2 of the banna plants and they unfortunately didn't come when it was supposed to but it ended up not being there fault bc ups lost it and then found it and sent but by then we spoke multiple times and was going to ship me more but it showing up. I definitely will order more from them bc the plants were really healthy and they were amazing at dealing with the situation.
