  I ve revised my feedback after originally choosing a negative experience, the seller reached out, apologised and offered a part refund for the product being the wrong colour. Sadly they won t alter the listing to inform you that they are not a true gold colour, more an orange with a metallic gold hue so please study the picture before purchase. I had also assumed that the seller was in the UK, that s not the case, but they ve been very good nevertheless

  I received a lock that broke during shipping. I informed them that it broke during shipping and sent pictures so that something like this wouldn't happen to another customer. They sent me a new lock even though I didn't ask for it. I want to thank them for that gesture with this review. I repeat, I didn't ask for a new one since I used the part from the broken one, now I have a new spare. Once again, all praise and thanks for your attention to the customer,
