    Sent faulty used part instead of new. Small part (size of a marble) but shipped in a very large box for no reason. Did not reply to message until contacted by Ebay, then became very aggressive with messages. Very unprofessional. Avoid this seller.

    Seller described the part was new but came in used. I got reply from E-bay " canadaapplianceparts sent you a message about your request: Hi there, I’m very sorry about this. It was sold to me as brand new. I will send you a refund". Seller refunded right way but I rated neutral due to time and effort waste. seller's action was quick and no hassle. However seller should know for sure what they are selling. My time is valuable....
