  Packaging is different than product shown, recommend seller uses actual product images in the future since stock photo misrepresent the actual item. For this price it is not too much to ask that the actual product images are used. If stock/generic replacements are being used, then the price should reflect such. The costume sent was in good condition, and shipping was fast.

  Seller very slow in responding to concerns about my receiving item that was not BWNT (received w/o retail tags). So, we escalated to eBay. The stubborn Seller was unfamiliar with this BNWT term and had to be directed to eBay Seller 101 articles to learn. Further, the argumentative Seller was unaware of eBay refund practices that we had to instruct them about. Last, the hat was jammed into a plastic bag that caused it to lose its shape.
