    Der Drucker war schlecht verpackt. Auf dem Transport wurde das Kunststoffgehäuse teilweise beschädigt. Das Gerät war im Innern dermaßen verschmutzt, dass es erst gereinigt werden musste. Der Verkäufer wurde mehrmals gebeten, uns das Administratorkennwort mitzuteilen, um die Sprache am Gerät umzustellen. Leider bekamen wir keine Antwort. Außerdem war die Bildtrommel defekt. Nach Einsetzen einer neuen Bildtrommel funktionierte das Gerät.
