    Very poor packaging was evident immediately. - the box was stained with the items that were sent inside. Packets of oil , 1 that was punctured leaked its entire contents. No protection, not individually wrapped, loosely placed and spilled out everywhere. Otherwise my replacement cutting shears finally arrived on 07/16. They were ordered July 5.

    We apologize for the poor shipping situation that you recently experienced. That packets of grease/oil were a complementary item to go along with the shears that you purchased since they will need greasing/oiling. That will not hinder the performance of the shears at all, but we are sorry to hear that they created a bit of a mess.

    Rick is clearly making every effort to be a top seller!! I was so happy to see this now, very rare, mower part available from his Garden Center. Opening the package was like opening a time capsule, as far as Honda mower parts are concerned. The speedy delivery and enclosed "Thank You" gift were just additional frosting on an already delightful purchase!! Almost makes me look forward to another mower failure!
