    We have done everything we could to resolve this issue for you, but the yodel have lost the item, this is the reason the tracking did not work, however we did offer a replacement but you wanted a refund, so we have issued a refund as your choice.

    Awful experience. Item never arrived, so I opened a help request through ebay after being ignored. They then decided they wanted to talk- funny that. Looking on their feedback they use the same old chestnut about courier issues. Ok. They then corner me by saying they'll send a replacement if I close the case, so feeling like I had no choice, I did. Surprise surprise, nothing. So you have left me no choice but to discuss this with ebay & they have kindy stepped in, refunded me & reported you!!!

    We do not understand why the Royal Mail did not deliver, we have issued a refund a refund as well as we have sent a free one for you, we always have customers at our heart and we are here to do business not anything else. Thank you and we do apologies about this inconvenience.
