    This is a very nice camera. There are no scratches or scuffs & has been well taken care of. The seller shipped quickly and packaged the camera well to prevent damage.The camera was as pictured & described and included the items listed in the description. Great seller communication and responded quickly to questions. Canon Cameras are pretty expensive, but the price was comparable. A big + was that it was already in the U.S. + free shipping. I would recommend this seller.+++++

    Arrived as described, very clean. My fault that I didn't even think to ask if the remote came with it! 🤦🏽‍♂️again that's my fault as I didn't ask. Contacted NAD and it took some finagling and about 10 (count em) 10 emails back and forth to nail one down ($30) and have it shipped from Canada to me. Waiting on my preamp to come back from the repair shop (buzzing noise) so I can hook it up and run it. I dont foresee any issues.

    Probably the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Product as advertised, one minor glitch - missing adapter. Messaged seller who immediately messaged me back “I probably forgot to pack it. Buy one from Amazon or someplace. I’ll reimburse you.” I did, and he did. Told him I felt bad about this eating into his profit. He didn’t miss a beat: “Customer first, profits second”. You can bet I’ll buy from him again if I have the chance!

    Seller was very friendly and answered all of my questions and shipped very quickly but i did have an issue with ups but not sellers fault at all.
