Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I had to wait three weeks for the item to arrive, which was well beyond the delivery timeframe that was originally stated. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication from the seller — I only received an update after I followed up myself. Due to the delay, I was forced to purchase the item elsewhere, incurring additional and unnecessary costs. I will now be returning this item, and I’ll be out of pocket again for the retur
