    item was sensitive electronics, was just placed in box using a single layer of thin bubble wrap, delivery service must have tossed the box around as it shows signs of mishandling, both units were defective upon receipt, when I asked for return label I was sent one label for two boxes ( could not find a fed ex office that would take both with one label due to weight restraints ) looks like I will need to pay for return shipping on one box myself.
