    Unfortunately, I had to cancel this order, not due to issues with the seller, but with SpeedX, last mile delivery partner for Orange Connex/SpeedPAK. SpeedX has been experiencing severe issues, with packages being damaged, misdelivered or lost altogether. What good is free shipping unless you actually receive your package? Seller was understanding and accommodating and refunded my payment with no issues. I would be happy to do business with them again once they find a new shipper.
