  I am ecstatic over my dealings with this company. I was apprehensive at first because of the amplifier being overseas etc... I communicated with them and they immediately responded to me. The packaging was second to none. It came packaged in multiple boxes as to not harm the amplifier and it is in perfect condition. I received the amplifier within 4 days of my purchase which was amazing. I unpackaged it, hooked it up, listened to it and everything seems to be perfect. Thank you so much! A+++

  Was worried about ordering from overseas to US for a big ticket "open box" item. My concerns were unwarranted. Purchased 1/31, ship notice 2/04, recv'd 2/14. A few box dents in transit but the amp was packed in factory box inside a 2nd factory box, wrapped in heavy stretch film then placed in a 3rd box. Inside were notices to retain the packing for returns and a reminder to set the correct voltage. Nice extra touch. Amp just as described with US cord & bluetooth adapter. A+++++++++ seller

  The Advance Paris came packed meticulously. It is a beautiful amp and arrived spotless. The shipping was great as well. Once it cleared customs, I was able gain tracking info. However that was 15 days after purchase and no response from the seller. I sent several emails with no return communication. If you are OK with that, then I highly recommend this seller. The purchase saved me around $1000 from purchase in the US. Overall a positive experience. It would be an A+ if it wasn't contact issues.

  Excellent product, timing, and value. My first international order. I was concerned about communications I thought would come out of the system. They did not, but the staff(?) Alina, was excellent in responding to my unnecessary concerns. In the end there was nothing to worry about. Shipment was received at the top end of the ship date promise, well packed. In short, a great find, both product and vendor.

  Excellent seller and highly recommend! My A12 amp arrived in perfect condition to the U.S. West Coast and everything looks great and amp sounds amazing! Please note that it may take a couple of weeks to get the tracking info but they communicate very well so do not panic. They are taking their time to prepare the customs work and do the extensive package and it will arrive quickly once it ships and without any trouble with customs. I would buy from them again since they’re amazing !
