    Great business focus and comments to emails. Seller appears to truly care. Ring appears as described and shipping out to authenticator was quick after sizing. Authentication process from EBay is comforting and strange. Overall their experience and shipping overnight once completed was nice. Packing is EBay labeled with their packing and jewelry box. Will revisit seller soon.

    2nd purchase : anniversary Sapphire ring did not go well. Seller disagreed with AIG authenticator for EBay. Would not offer any consideration and item now being returned under buyer protection. Seller would not assist with return also making process challenging. Will not revisit in future and cannot recommend personally.

    The GIA(not AIG) eBay authenticator disagreed with the 3rd party GIA appraisal and AIG Lab certification that came with the ring, not Merritt Jewelry as Buyer stated. eBay Controls all returns and Merritt Jewelry has no influence on the process what so ever. The buyer tried to get a 30% further discount on the Padparadscha sapphire ring and We decided out of principle not to entertain such obvious extortion. Seller BEWARE!
