    I was unlucky with purchase anf had to return the TV. Which was more about Samsung manufacturing quality than it was seller's problem. Seller acted quckly, offered remedy and when it didn't work out - collected return and refunded money. I have noted that communication could be better, though. There were no notices until acutal delivery (by time). So just bear with them, look like trustworthy people, just not very chatty, I guess.
