Excellent and speedy communication, the tubes are always exactly as described, good condition, quick to ship out, and they get wrapped up in the local newspaper, which is always fun to read. Always a good selection of newer and vintage tubes. These were perfect to to get by 66 Bassman back to near original equipment.

In this circumstance, the tube did not get along with my amplifier but the seller made sure this was resolved.
