I purchase a blanket which was 2x retail price and when it came it was shipped HORRIBLY it looked like this person just built a box and taped it together and the blanket was popping out of the sides of the boxes it’s so disgusting to thing how many people have touched this blanket going through the mailing system SO GROSS. and then I took it out the box and there’s huge dirt marks . Very disgusting and horrible experience. Don’t take the chance don’t buy from this seller !

The buyer refuses to return the item, has message me directly over eBay stating they don’t have time to return it and will be getting their money back either way. I have offered a full refund, my apologies, and a replacement. The buyer is not accepting any of my resolutions and pre maturely leaving negative feedback. Claims the box was mangled but provides no pictures of the box. Disgruntled buyer, do not let them purchase from you. I have sold 10+ of this item and never had any issue.

New in box with intact packing sticker, device protective stickers, etc. As described. Arrived within the advertised time frame ( day 3/4) via USPS. Device box was loosely enclosed in an oversized box without packing material, but everything seems fine.
