    This dress is absolutely stunning! They made it exactly to my measurements. Which was so surprising because I'm only 4ft 11in tall. The fabric was not a cheap material and the dress was packaged well and had no wrinkles upon delivery. It's condition is new with tags and I couldn't have gotten it for a better price!     The quality, condition, value and appearance was worth my money! This is a beautiful dress! I asked for extra diamonds on the sleeves and they patiently placed them on the dress sleeves. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 for the dress. I understand it takes time for a dress to be fixed and taped but this was worth it! I absolutely love it!😊

    Dress was similar to what was pictured but not exact. Shipping took too long before event to be able to get to try on and altered. After the fact seller said they could have customized the size to avoid more alterations. Per return policy sent back but from the US cost $50.00 to return. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.

    I have confirmed with the buyer whether the size is correct, and we can also customize the size based on the size provided by the buyer. However, the buyer has confirmed that the size is correct, and our size chart is clearly advertised and strictly made according to the size chart. The returned product is the shipping fee paid by the buyer, which is public and known to the buyer. The buyer is fully aware of the size and transportation issues, but it is unfair to blame me！！！
