Received a fountain pen with bent nib which is not functional. The barrel and the cap have a few rub marks and deep scratches. The seller hid all these defects very well so that they are not evident from the pictures he posted. Seller also shipped the pen with an ink cartridge installed, which is a stupid move that caused a messy ink leak inside the barrel of the pen.

You are the scammer indeed. I received the package intact, so the pen must be already damaged when seller shipped. And be careful with your words. eBay has record of our messages. I never ask for refund or return of the item.
