I asked him to put “fragile handle with care” and not only did he do that but put multiple everywhere! He also responded very quickly in the same hour to my questions. I had a positive experience with him and would order again if he sells more monster high dolls. He packaged it very securely! There was one single tear but that was eBay’s fault (international shipping requires eBay to handle the package), it has happened before with separate people so no big deal.
