    This seller is slow to respond - promised to refund (partial) an item they claimed worked with 433MHz sensors and my vehicle and it does not - claims it worked as a stand alone tool - it does not - It doesn't seem to work at all - I have been trying to resolve the issue and either get instructions or troubleshooting - they said take pictures - I asked of what - they did not answer - I requested a return - they said it would be too expensive and offered partial refund 0 NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED

    After requesting a return the seller broke the rules by asking for me not to return the item because it would be too expensive for THEM to pay shipping to China - they offered partial refund - also against the rules - then when they accepted the return set it up so I needed to enter tracking info - so my refund would not be issued until the item was received - DECEPTIVE AND AGAINST THE RULES - I cancelled the return to try and set it up right and now it is closed - no help from EBAY - BAS SELLER
