  Excellent seller. Delivery date changed after placing the order and tracking info was incorrect. I believed that the diary had not been delivered and the seller responded with excellent customer service. The diary had been delivered on time and the confusion was at my end.   As description, cardboard packaging opened & diary left propped against outer conservatory wall in the rain by Yodel, poor & conflicting tracking uploaded by Yodel. Happy with the purchased diary itself, Secondary plastic mailing bags would be advised against such mindless couriers!
