    Beautiful item, fast shipping. But they sent the wrong thing. I asked for a return, they agreed, but they wouldn't arrange for shipping. I asked for a partial refund instead, they told me they would give it to me. After chasing them with repeated emails, I threated a negative rating. They told me the $50 credit was paid, but it hasn't been sent. Really wanted to work towards a resolution, but the seller has poor communication with customers. :(
