The seller was fantastic, and up front about a spot that had not been seen by them originally and reached out before they shipped it. Offered a partial refund without me even asking. Customer service is top notch. Unfortunately, the coat was not what I thought. It also came with some really weird orange foam like stuff in the pockets. Chances we take.
