It came exactly as described - there's one loose pin on the right elbow once it was unboxed, however it doesn't cause any structural integrity issues.   This somewhat a neutral review as seller shipped my Dragon Ball Heroes Prize D Broly 5th Mission figure without a shipping box. Instead the product box was wrapped in a plastic cover. The product box came heavily damaged. I showed seller pictures of the damage and he swiftly provided me with a partial refund, without excuses or questions asked. For this I'm giving him an overall positive experience. The figure itself was fortunately not damaged and in perfect condition.

  Item was authentic, appropriately packaged, and arrived in a timely fashion in good condition. However, the item was listed as new, but I received an item that had been opened before and resealed, which was indicated by the apparent old tape marks underneath the new tape. The item itself is in good condition, but when a seller lists an item as new with a picture of unbroken packaging, I expect that item to be in that condition. Double check with this seller about item condition before buying.

  Follow up: I contacted the seller and after some deliberation we came to an agreement that satisfied both parties. I appreciated that this seller was reasonable and honored my refund request. I can say they offer great service and would recommend others to take a chance on them. Just ask them to double check that the actual condition of the product you are interested in buying matches the online description to avoid any misunderstandings.
