Paid for my item the 13th, tracking number printed the 14th, but shipping company Chit Chats didn't receive my item until the 18th. Four days to get to a shipping company is ridiculous. The seller didn't respond to a message I sent inquiring about a quantity shipping price either. So I only purchased 1 item instead of 3. Customer service was almost non existent, but at least the item was new as described.

Your item left here on Dec 14th, travelled 400 KMs to the carrier who brings all our small parcels into the USA. It arrived there on the 15th, a Friday, then processed on Monday the 18th. December is notoriously the busiest time of year for shipping. Also I show no record of any messages from you. We only had the one like this anyway and the system would also automatically combine shipping if you were to check out multiple items. Thanks for your fdbk
