Very nice high quality and heavy sturdy circle cutting device top of the line, good price, shipped fast, well packaged protected. Plastic holding box with 3 extra blades. All exactly as described, a sticky foam precut ring for the base is included Cutting blade adjustment part is a bit wobbly, not to good. Chinese made. Will take some practice to master and find the best matching masking tape to cut clean inner or outside circles. Very happy, great seller. Will buy more again. Thanks!

Sent me the wrong item. Over a week of sending pictures of the item and them telling me it looked like the right item when it was similar to what I ordered just a different size. I ordered 0 gauge to 4 gauge, they sent me 4 gauge to 8 gauge. I got tired of writing and arguing and bought the adapters elsewhere and accepted an 80% refund just to move on because we were going nowhere. I doubt I would buy from here again. Thanks but no thanks.
