    Customer service customer relations are not good at all. The seller sent me a conversion kit. That's supposed to be new. The ballast units are completely different, and of course, one of them doesn't work, and it happens to be the one that's not labeled, of course. On top of that, these supposedly new items came in a soap box. In normal generic brown boxes. This individual seems to be running a shady very questionable, whatever it is that he's got going there then selling used items. Be careful.

    I ordered this and made sure the that it fit as per the description. This was a $50 item. When putting it on, it does not fit my truck. I sent a message asking what I should do, with pics, and was sent a generic message that I could send it back “unused/good condition” at my expense. I sent another message asking for clarification that I would get a refund even though I put on the rain guard and so now it’s used and got the exact same message sent to me. I am now out $50. Buyer beware

    I received this incorrect item for my auto. and they do not fit the car under the description that I sent. After responding to the seller about the visors not fitting. Inquiring about the shipping label I was told to purchase a shipping label from a courier. I don't feel this should be my issue but should be the sellers responsibility.
