  This is by far the best experience I've had on Ebay. The seller offered a great price. The shipping was quicker than expected. But it's the care and thoughtfulness the seller took to package the product that really made a difference. Every pencil arrived in pristine condition. In this day and age, when so many people clearly don't care, this seller takes a lot of pride in going the extra mile. It meant a lot. Highly recommend!

  Seller gave good communication stating that there was a glitch with eBay displaying the wrong shipping time and the actual shipping date would be much later. Gave me the option to cancel the order in case that it would be arriving too late. I kept the order and it arrived around when the seller said it would come. Condition was new as described.

  Came wonderfully packaged for the long trip and was sent with care. Looks great and new and the boxes are new just as they say. They're honest and trustworthy sellers. Shipping was very fast from Japan and extremely worth it. I was sent the wrong package, but they immediately noticed the error, alerted me, gave me the right package and that tracking number, and they arrived on the same day. Would buy from them again!
