  Extremely poor packaging for casserole Dish The item was noticeably broken when it arrived as the box rattled with broken pieces. When I contacted the seller, I was put on hold until his claim from USPS would be received by seller. When seller finally agreed to refund my purchase - they did so at about 80%. I would never order from this seller again.
