    Good quality works. Great customer service is good. I asked them to link in The Wire. And they did the only thing I think what needs to be done is maybe on the box itself. Have like a either a ring attached to the box where you can screw a screw to make it a little more secure. Or the heavier duty Velcro, the one that comes with it.Is kind of flimsy so you push the cable into it?It almost peels right off.You have to hold the unit while you plug it in.But other than that great

    Excellent device. Great company. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model but they refunded me straight away and despatched the correct one. It arrived today and it took 5 mins to install and play through, using both amp & speaker cabinet. Don't like the velcro attachment, so will try out something else to enable a good secure fixture. Well worth the money for ease & simplicity. Recommended. 😁👌🤘🎸
