  Good transaction & delivery time. Only thing is on the picture they look as if they are silver wire which I wanted but they are copper colour wire & I have white fascia’s, even when lit you can see the copper not like in picture. Contacted the seller with photos but was told to switch them on !!! to look like picture but they didn’t look the same so told seller but heard nothing back. Very misleading as I’ve had silver wire before ( not from this seller) so thought they would be the same.

  Originally wrong size was sent by mistake. I contacted the seller who swiftly sent me a replacement. Once correct size was received I can say I’m happy with the product. Does the job, and all as described. Great value, can transform your sofa and beats having to buy a new one. Would happily buy again and buy from seller again. Thank you 😊

  Great item at a good price, BEWARE seller states item sent by Royal mail 48 tracked then sends item using Evri [ Hermes ] which took longer to deliver than expected [ 3 days from posting ] Seller sends item with no external package protection at all just the light cardboard manufactures box and a lack of no external package protection by seller as meant the package arrived with a huge hole in the side as per photo, Contacted seller via ebay message about delivery service but received no reply.

  I had some issues with missing nuts and bolts, the boxes was sealed so I doubt the seller would have know but I took several emails to get this matter resolved. But I did get a replacement after keeping on to the supplier. They appeared reluctant to help, shown by the slow response and two promises to send a replacement or refund which didn't happen. Eventually, without me being informed, I received a new firepit. The firepit is good for the price but I wouldn't buy off this seller again.
