    This smeller never shipped the item. Seller advised shipped but only printed the label. Never took the item to USPS. 10 days of waiting for the item to ship, I inquired to the seller about the shipping. I was told to “just be patient!” I did not appreciate the rude response and told the seller same. At this point, I have no shipped item after ordering 15 days ago, the item has never reached the post office. Contacted seller a 2nd time, wast old my location is now the blame for the non-shipment!!

    I approved the refund. The buyer canceled the refund. The buyer must have received the item. FREE Shipping to Puerto Rico at Christmas!, not express shipping and not the time of year that one would expect fast shipping..... I can't help that USPS doesn't always post shipping progress.
