    This seller sent me a falsely advertized item. The listing clearly detailed a complete tattoo kit, including rotary machine, 20 needles and 14 assorted colors ink. I received a packet of needles alone. I should not need to re-package and return this for a refund (after shipping costs as well), or 'maybe' a replacement item. This appears to be a drop ship business as well. I will avoid 'BestFrance' shop in the future.
