It could've used a little extra box stuffing to stop it sliding around, but it still got here in one piece and that's what matters. Noticed a nick in the cable after a couple weeks and when I finally remembered to contact the seller, they responded the same day and sent it the next. No questions asked, cable here in 48hrs. Top service all round, couldn't ask for more!

    Very pleased with the laptop. Condition was immaculate and was very well packed. Can't beat the value and I have to say I am very impressed with the seller. I had a minor setback on setting the machine up and had to send a help message to him. I had an almost immediate response with full instructions on how to solve the issue. It looks like a new machine and after doing backups she was able to transfer her files and start using it.
