    I was offered an alternative item (Fasmov 128 Disc CD/DVD Binder) at no extra cost when the seller deemed the original CD/DVD binder I wanted was not fit for sale due to damages. The Fasmov alternative arrived quickly and was in perfect condition, however the interior binding design did not suit my needs. The seller kindly offered me a partial refund when I reached out to share my concerns with the item, and I would still recommend this seller. :) Thank you!

    Product description says item will be delivered by "FedEx Express Economy" from East York, ON, at a charge of $12.84, but the package arrived from Amazon! I actively avoid Amazon, and prefer eBay for this type of purchase even if it's more expensive, so this was a nasty surprise! Avoid this seller if you don't want to be supporting Amazon (and funding unscrupulous eBay drop-shippers pocketing the difference on shipping). Item was fine, for what it's worth, but very disappointing and misleading!

    The seller was responsive and tried to be helpful, but I feel I was mislead regarding this clock. I thought it was being shipped from a seller located in ON via Fed Ex, but the item was delivered by Amazon. It arrived in a crushed box in a ripped plastic bag and I have to put it together. I could have bought this clock on Amazon myself. I feel the seller is just a go-between listing items that are on Amazon and then arranging to have them shipped from China. I don't trust this is a Cdn seller
