    Item was accurately described. Communication was very low quality. I requested a delayed ship date and seller refused and just shipped it. Ebay does allow for requested delayed shipping (https: community.ebay.com/t5/Shipping/Buyer-paid-for-item-but-wants-me-to-delay-shipping/td-p/26479920). Then the shipping was messed up. I asked seller to see what they could see via their item tracking and they never responded to my message. Glad it finally arrived. Will not buy from them again.

    Item bought and paid for on June 24. Item packed the following day and shipped on Jun 26 - on time. Item received by buyer on July 6 not to mention there was a holiday in between. All documented through tracking. We are a small nonprofit that works hard to deliver a good customer experience. The individual that helps pack and ship the items is instructed to ship items as they are paid for. We do not delay shipping. Once a package leaves our hand, delivery is out of our control.
