    Wrong ones arrived and Royal Mail damaged package by jamming in front door. Complained to them but not interested. Suggest seller sends by courier next time in tougher package , would pay extra. Full refund given promptely as correct item not in stock So Seller did respond very quickly and communications very good . So would consider buying from them again.

    The color of the headboard was unfortunately different from the color of my bed, I took pictures and showed the seller. The seller was very understanding and organized for the item to be collected and issued me a refund . Even though it didn’t match I was quite impressed with the communication of the seller and how quick they arranged for the item to be collected thereafter issuing me with a refund was not a problem at all. I highly recommend this seller because of good customer communication…..

    Terrible seller, waited nearly a week for a sofa I was told was dispatched, messaged a number of times and was ignored. They phoned me 6 days after a week of waiting for it to arrive to advise it is an additional £120 for delivery. No customer service at all. I would avoid at all costs!
