  Phone was safely shipped in secure packaging and arrived in near pristine condition. Set to english and as described with very, very minor scratches. The seller was helpful and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. The Kyocera itself will require some tech know-how to go beyond basic functionality; and please research beforehand to be sure it is compatible with your service provider/location. If so, great value and would recommend this seller!

  The phone arrived exactly as described, the seller was incredibly kind and helpful, even reset the phone in my native language before shipping which was so kind! The shipping time was the fastest I have ever experienced, it came from Japan to the UK in about 2-3 working days which is amazing.   The phone is amazing and as described, brand new in a sealed box. I’m so happy with it so far! Customer service was really lovely and helpful too, would highly recommend. It took a little while for the phone to be shipped and tracking to be available, but that wasn’t a problem at all since the actual delivery only took a few days from Japan to the UK and I actually got it before the estimated date. This is just so that future buyers know that waiting for shipment is total normal. Thank you! ❤️
