  The phone is amazing and as described, brand new in a sealed box. I’m so happy with it so far! Customer service was really lovely and helpful too, would highly recommend. It took a little while for the phone to be shipped and tracking to be available, but that wasn’t a problem at all since the actual delivery only took a few days from Japan to the UK and I actually got it before the estimated date.
